LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock police and first responders are on the scene of a crash that has left one person seriously injured.
LPD said just before 7 p.m., officers were called to the area of W. Loop 289 and Frankford Ave., near Spur 327.
According to police, a car was stalled out on the shoulder of the loop when a second car stopped to help. While stopped on the side of the road, a third car hit them.
One person was taken to UMC by the ambulance with serious injuries.
