FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas \u2013 Authorities in Fort Bend County have charged a 27-year-old woman in a fatal wrong-way crash that killed three people on the Grand Parkway over the weekend.<\/p>\n
Majesti Faith Lee, 27, is charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. Her bond has been set at $1,050,000. <\/p>\n
The crash occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, in the 11400 block of South Highway 99.<\/p>\n
The preliminary investigation showed a family of four was traveling northbound on Highway 99, just past FM 1464 toward West Airport Boulevard, when their vehicle was struck by Lee, who was driving southbound in the northbound lanes.<\/p>\n
Lizbeth Rodriguez Contreras, 27, and Camila Pena, 5, died at the scene. <\/p>\n
Diego Pena Jr., 26, was transported to a hospital where he later died. <\/p>\n
A 3-year-old child remains in critical, but stable condition.<\/p>\n
Lee, was also transported by Life Flight and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators determined alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash. <\/p>\n
