Ali says the driver had a gunshot wound in their neck area. Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and took the victim to a nearby hospital where they were last said to be in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"KRIV\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">What we don&#8217;t know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Lt.
