A familiar North Texas seafood name is expanding its Plano footprint. Flying Fish, the fast-casual seafood restaurant founded by Dallas restaurateurs Shannon Wynne and Larry Richardson, is set to open a new location in January at 4032 Preston Road, in the former Dickey\u2019s Barbecue Pit space.<\/p>\n
Inspired by laid-back East Texas seafood joints near area lakes, especially Caddo Lake, Flying Fish has built a loyal following across Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee. The Preston Road opening will serve West Plano, complementing the brand\u2019s existing Plano location near Park Boulevard and the Dallas North Tollway.<\/p>\n
