GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas \u2014 A man died on Christmas after being hit by a vehicle in Grand Prairie, according to police.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Grand Prairie Police Department (GPPD) said the fatal auto-pedestrian crash happened at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 25 in the 5400 block of Lake Ridge Parkway.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police said the man tried to cross the road and was hit by a vehicle. Grand Prairie Fire Department medics declared the man dead at the scene, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The identity of the man who died will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office after next of kin have been notified.\u00a0<\/p>\n
