PORTER, Texas – A Porter man is accused of kidnapping a 15-year-old girl who was walking her dog on Christmas Day.<\/p>\n
Authorities say her father was able to track her phone and found her in the man\u2019s truck in a secluded area nearly two miles away.<\/p>\n
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Giovanni Rosales Espinoza, 23, was charged with aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child.<\/p>\n

The backstory:<\/p>\n
The incident was reported shortly before 5 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of Conner Mills Court in Porter.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, the girl had taken her dog out for a walk, but her parents got worried when she didn\u2019t return.<\/p>\n
The sheriff\u2019s office says her dad tracked her phone down to a secluded, partially wooded area in Harris County \u2013 about two miles away \u2013 and found her in the man\u2019s pickup truck. The sheriff\u2019s office says the man in the truck with her was partially nude.<\/p>\n
The girl\u2019s father reportedly helped her get out and called authorities for help.<\/p>\n
According to the sheriff\u2019s office, the investigation later revealed that the suspect had threatened the girl with a knife and abducted her from the street.<\/p>\n
