PORTER, Texas \u2013 A Porter man was arrested for kidnapping a 15-year-old girl on Christmas Day, according to the Montgomery County<\/a> Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Giovanni Rosales Espinoza, 23, is charged with aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child. <\/p>\n

Around 4:50 p.m. Thursday, deputies said they got a call about a reported kidnapping on Conner Mills Court. <\/p>\n

Responding deputies said they learned the victim was taking her dog for a walk when she did not return at her usual time, prompting her father to track her phone with parental controls. Her father then traveled to a wooded area in Harris County and allegedly found a \u201cpartially nude\u201d Espinoza inside a red pickup truck with his daughter and dog.<\/p>\n

Deputies said her father helped her escape and contact law enforcement. <\/p>\n

Espinoza allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and abducted her from the street, according to the sheriff\u2019s office. Witnesses also described Espinoza\u2019s pickup truck to authorities.<\/p>\n

He is being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.<\/p>\n

The Montgomery County Sheriff\u2019s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating this case.<\/p>\n
