The ex-boyfriend of Camila \u201cCami\u201d Mendoza Olmos<\/a> has been assisting in the search for the missing Texas teen \u2014 and vowed to continue doing so until she\u2019s found. <\/p>\n

Nathan Gonzales spoke to local media on Saturday as he and other members of the community came together to look for Olmos, who mysteriously vanished just before 7 a.m<\/a>. on Christmas Eve and was last seen outside her home in San Antonio.<\/p>\n

Nathan Gonzales, the doting ex-boyfriend of Camila \u201cCami\u201d Mendoza Olmos, has vowed to keep searching for the missing Texas teen until she\u2019s found. KABB FOX 29 News<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re going through a nightmare,\u201d Gonzales said of Olmos\u2019s family during a search party for the missing teen.<\/p>\n

Gonzales, who had dated the missing 19-year-old, told Fox San Antonio <\/a>on Saturday that he\u2019s fully committed to searching for Olmos \u2014 whom he described as exceptionally \u201cloving\u201d \u2014 until the moment she\u2019s found.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo that\u2019s why we\u2019re all out here to support her family and be there for them, because not only do they need us right now. But they need the Lord Jesus to be with her and protect Cami because we know with the Lord that she\u2019s gonna come back home.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s a very loving person. She\u2019s the person that always puts others before herself, and she loves everybody no matter what, and you know, this is just not like her because like I said, she\u2019s just a loving person and would\u2019ve never thought that something like this would happen,\u201d Gonzales continued. <\/p>\n

Gonzales has since dedicated much of his social media presence to happy pictures of the couple together and flyers asking for members to join search efforts as the teen\u2019s disappearance moves into its fifth day. Instagram\/nate gonzales<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll be here all day\u2026 We\u2019ve been here for three days, going on four days straight, and we\u2019re not going to stop until we find her.\u201d <\/p>\n

Gonzales has since dedicated much of his social media presence to happy pictures of the couple together and flyers asking for members to join search efforts as the teen\u2019s disappearance moves into its fifth day. <\/p>\n

Olmos had recently ended a romantic relationship, according to the Bexar County Sheriff\u2019s Department. <\/p>\n

The breakup was described as amicable, and police are not currently working on the assumption that her ex is involved in her disappearance, cops said. <\/p>\n

Gonzales, however, has not been officially identified by authorities as the subject of the recent breakup, and it is unclear when the pair was last together. <\/p>\n

The search for Olmos has extended into Mexico as state authorities fear she may have been taken over the US-Mexican border. Instagram\/nate gonzales<\/p>\n

Gonzales added that he has answered detectives\u2019 questions about his relationship with Olmos and any places he believed she could have vanished to, as authorities continue the desperate search. <\/p>\n

\u201cI was willing to give any information that I can to bring her home. Because at the end of the day that\u2019s what I want is to bring her home for her family,\u201d Gonzales said.<\/p>\n

The search for Olmos has extended into Mexico as state authorities fear she may have been taken over the US-Mexican border.<\/p>\n

In the security video of the night of her disappearance, Olmos, a Mexican national, was seen searching for something inside her vehicle before closing the door and vanishing from the scene.<\/p>\n

She only had her car keys and driver\u2019s license with her, but not her cell phone, which was found on her bed, family members told the police.<\/p>\n

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar\u00a0said investigators fear the teen may be in \u201cimminent danger.\u201d Bexar County Sheriff’s Office<\/p>\n

It is believed that she left on foot.<\/p>\n

There have been no leads on Olmos\u2019s whereabouts, and neither kidnapping, human trafficking, nor the teen leaving on her own accord has been ruled out by the sheriff. <\/p>\n
