\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCastle Hill Partners<\/a> has broken ground on a new 5-acre amenity campus at The Trails, officials with the community developer announced in a Dec. 17 news release.<\/p>\n

The details <\/p>\n

Per the release, the new amenity campus is expected to open in late 2026 and will be exclusively for residents of The Trails<\/a>, a master-planned community located near the intersection of the Grand Parkway and Plum Grove Road in New Caney.<\/p>\n

The amenity campus will feature:<\/p>\n

The Landing, an indoor venue with seating areas, a kitchenette, restrooms, a dedicated space for the community’s homeowners association offices and a spacious patio with seating and scenic viewsA resort-style pool with a connected lap poolA playground and a splash padAn outdoor event space that can host concerts and community gatheringsOutdoor seatingSome context <\/p>\n

The Trails has five model homes open daily with builders including Chesmar Homes<\/a>, Coventry Homes<\/a>, Lennar<\/a> and Westin Homes<\/a>. The community also features 600 contiguous acres of preserved natural land reserved for future trails and outdoor recreation, as well as land designated for a proposed on-site school.<\/p>\n

As previously reported<\/a> by Community Impact, the community opened a nature-inspired playground and scenic walking trail earlier this year.<\/p>\n
