Photo: EPPD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Police say at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, they were called to 3650 George Dieter to an indecent exposure in progress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">When officers arrived, they spoke to a witness who stated that Aaron Jamar Blackman, 34, had been walking around the apartment complex naked and was exposing himself, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Further investigation revealed that Blackman was a registered sex offender out of St. Louis, Missouri, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Blackman was charged with four counts of indecent exposure under a $40,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Investigators are asking if anyone has information regarding Blackman\u2019s arrest to contact the police at the non-emergency number of (915) 832-4400 or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers of El Paso at (915) 566-TIPS (8477).<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc.
