The El Paso County Sheriff\u2019s Office briefly issued an evacuation order near Ellicott around 1 p.m. Thursday due to a fire at 1200 Dragonman Drive near the Dragonman\u2019s shooting range, according to a social media post from the <\/a>law enforcement agency. <\/p>\n

The area the order encompassed is west of Curtis Road, south of Davis Road, east of Blaney Road and north of Highway 94.<\/p>\n

The Ellicott Fire Department is the lead agency handling the fire and the order was lifted about 20 minutes after the Sheriff\u2019s Office ordered residents to evacuate.<\/p>\n
