A suspect was arrested in Arlington after a man was killed and woman injured in New Year’s Day shooting.<\/p>\n
ECTOR COUNTY, Texas \u2014 One man was killed and a woman was injured following an early-morning shooting in Ector County on New Year\u2019s Day, according to the Ector County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Deputies responded to a shots-fired call at approximately 3:27 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of West 57th Street. Upon arrival, deputies found two victims with gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n
One male victim, identified as Quincy Devion Price, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said next of kin has been notified.<\/p>\n
A female victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds was taken to Medical Center Hospital, where she remains under treatment. Her condition was not immediately released.<\/p>\n
Investigators obtained a murder warrant for the suspect, identified as Nathaniel Ray Anthony Tinner.
