Community Impact will update this story when more information is available.<\/p>\n<p>A new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shakeshack.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Shake Shack<\/a> restaurant is set for northwest Plano.<\/p>\n<p>Construction on the building near the corner of Preston Road and SH 121 is expected to start this July and finish in April 2027, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026008980\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the TDLR listing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The chain restaurant offers a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, sides and milkshakes.
