Ramirez said another victim in the string of incidents is wheelchair-bound and relies on his vehicle for mobility. She said his car was vandalized before it was set on fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Authorities have not identified a suspect, and no arrests have been made.
