Plano East<\/a> won the last time they faced Keller<\/a> and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Indians by a score of 46-39. The final result isn’t all that surprising considering the Panthers’ considerable advantage in MaxPreps’ Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Indians are ranked 235th).<\/p>\n Several Indians players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Seth Turnbull<\/a>, who posted eight points along with five boards and four steals. Cash Erdmann<\/a> was another key player, putting up eight points and six rebounds.<\/p>\n Plano East has been performing incredibly well recently as they’ve won 14 of their last 15 games. That’s provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. As for Keller, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-11.<\/p>\n Plano East has already played their next matchup, a 72-44 win against Bell on the 31st. As for Keller, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 78-56 victory against Timber Creek on the 2nd.<\/p>\n
