I don&#8217;t mean to burst your bubble but, if you chose one of these; you may not make it.<\/p>\n<p>I was hit and miss on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.history.com\/articles\/the-history-of-new-years-resolutions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">New Year&#8217;s Resolutions<\/a>, then, about 15 years ago, I made one that has held up every single year since. The feeling of accomplishment is pretty cool and this year, I&#8217;m doing it again. My resolution? No more Resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, resolutions are great and the beginning of a new year is a great time to get &#8217;em going. You&#8217;ve kind of got a clean slate. A new beginning. A buddy of mine&#8217;s &#8220;no more pot&#8221; resolution lasted exactly 15 hours. Midnight to 3pm. (I think that may be a record.)<\/p>\n<p>He said it helped his hangover and, for what it&#8217;s worth, he did better with his &#8220;no more drinking&#8221; resolution.
