Not too long ago, there was a little shakeup with a couple of west El Paso restaurants. Rulis’ International Kitchen and Block Table And Tap both went through major changes.<\/p>\n
Rulis’ rebranded as Sazon by Chef Rulis<\/a> and Block became the Starlight Gastropub<\/a>. Now, they have become one.
