{"id":112030,"date":"2026-01-06T00:21:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T00:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/112030\/"},"modified":"2026-01-06T00:21:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T00:21:09","slug":"teen-dies-after-jumping-from-moving-vehicle-in-northeast-el-paso-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/112030\/","title":{"rendered":"Teen dies after jumping from moving vehicle in northeast El Paso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A 14-year-old girl died after jumping out of a moving vehicle on Dec. 28, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The teen was identified as Allyson Torres from Northeast El Paso.<\/p>\n<p>Police responded to a welfare check on the 5700 block of Wren, where they found Torres with a laceration to the back of her head. <\/p>\n<p>The Special Traffic Investigations unit determined that she had jumped from a 2011 Dodge Journey.<\/p>\n<p>Torres was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and succumbed to her injuries on Jan. 3, 2025, according to the medical examiner&#8217;s office. <\/p>\n<p>This incident marks the 62nd traffic fatality in El Paso for 2025, compared to 68 at the same time in 2024.
