Although that figure was down 23% from 2024, it still made Sunterra <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2025\/01\/08\/rclco-top-selling-mpcs-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the top-selling Houston-area MPC<\/a> \u2014 a title it\u2019s held since sales began in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Also in Katy, the Tamarron community from D.R. Horton ranked No. 9 with 974 sales, up 32% year over year, edging out <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2024\/09\/02\/master-planned-community-of-the-year-bridgeland-howard-hughes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Bridgeland<\/a> as Houston\u2019s second-ranked MPC.
