Our focus is simple: deliver outstanding work, with greater efficiency and capability, for every client we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cothrum is a\u00a0Dallas-based real estate consultant, land-use expert, and columnist\u00a0for the\u00a0Dallas Morning News. His firm, Masterplan Consultants, specializes in zoning,\u00a0entitlements, and\u00a0development.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Experts in master planning and infrastructure design<\/p>\n<p>USA Engineers (formerly known as USA Professional Services Group, Inc.) brings decades of experience delivering civil engineering, surveying, and infrastructure solutions for municipalities, developers, and private-sector clients. The firm has an extensive track record supporting large master-planned communities, residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects throughout North Texas, often maintaining client relationships that span decades and multiple project phases, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Dallas, USA Engineers will continue to operate under its established name and provide uninterrupted service to existing clients, while benefiting from expanded resources and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
