The Plano City Council is set to discuss a proposal Monday to build three apartment buildings next to the Tera Ford dealership off Route 34.<\/p>\n
The item is on the council\u2019s Committee of the Whole agenda, which will follow the regular city council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. at Plano City Hall, 17 E. Main St.<\/p>\n
The development received a recommendation of approval from the city\u2019s Plan Commission in December. The council will not vote on the proposal Monday, but could place it on a future agenda for consideration.<\/p>\n
