{"id":120353,"date":"2026-01-12T20:43:12","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T20:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/120353\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T20:43:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T20:43:12","slug":"codes-enforcement-neighborhood-deployment-in-chatman-hill-dunbar-manhattan-heights-neighborhoods-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/120353\/","title":{"rendered":"Codes Enforcement Neighborhood Deployment in Chatman Hill &#038; Dunbar\/Manhattan Heights Neighborhoods"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) &#8211; The City of Lubbock says the Code Enforcement Department will be conducting a neighborhood deployment in the Chatman Hill &amp; Dunbar\/Manhattan Heights Neighborhoods on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">It will be between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This exercise area will be bordered by E 19th Street, Canyon Lake Drive, 34th Street, and Ave A. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Code Enforcement will have a field office set up in the cul de sac at 2807 Juniper for citizens to ask questions or report violations. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The City says, Solid Waste will provide a roll off dumpster at the field office for the citizens in the defined area to dispose of unwanted bulky items such as furniture, appliances, or tree branches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The object of this exercise will be to identify violations relating to:<\/p>\n<p>Junked VehiclesNuisance Weeds and RubbishSubstandard HousingZoning<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Code Enforcement Inspectors will also be talking to the public to provide education regarding these types of violations, citing violations, and possibly abating violations during this exercise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KCBD.
