According to a post on Amazon&#8217;s website, the company is investigating errors primarily on the East Coast, though the outages are impacting services globally. <\/p>\n<p>AWS cited an \u201coperational issue\u201d affecting \u201cmultiple services\u201d and said it was \u201cworking on multiple parallel paths to accelerate recovery,\u201d in an update at 2:01 a.m. PDT.<\/p>\n<p>The website <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/disney-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/disney-plus\/\" class=\"themeColorForLinks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Downdetector<\/a> said that user reports indicated problems at sites including Amazon, Disney+, Lyft, the McDonald\u2019s app, the New York Times, Reddit, Ring, Robinhood, Snapchat, T-Mobile, United Airlines, Venmo and Verizon.<\/p>\n<p>Some United and Delta customers reported on social media that they couldn\u2019t find their reservations online, check in or drop bags.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the outage has not been confirmed, and there is no clear timeline for when service will be restored.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Amazon Web Services is experiencing a significant outage affecting numerous online services, including Amazon Alexa and Snapchat.
