WTEN<\/a> reports Jody Harr, 47, was taken into custody on Sunday night and charged with driving while intoxicated by the Saratoga Springs Police Department. Police said he had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of more than twice the legal limit.<\/p>\nOfficers said they received a report of a possible drunk driver on Caroline Street near Henry Street in Saratoga Springs and, as they approached the car, Harr fled the scene in his vehicle. He was stopped on West Circular Street near Union Street after a brief pursuit.<\/p>\n
Police said they later learned he was a fugitive, wanted out of state in Texas on child exploitation-related charges. According to WTEN, he is currently being held by the Saratoga County Sheriff\u2019s Office and awaiting extradition to Texas.<\/p>\n
Harr is facing the following charges:<\/p>\n
