These spaces are available to residents experiencing insufficient heating at home or anyone with a temporary need for warmth during cold conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"574\">The city has designated both recreation centers and public libraries as warming locations, each operating on specific schedules.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"574\">WATER MAIN BREAK UPDATE: <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"574\">REC CENTERS IN THE NORTHEAST REMAIN OPEN BUT WITHOUT MOST WATER UTILITY SERVICES SUCH AS WATER FOUNTAINS.
