Moore announced his plans to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 22.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Moore spent three seasons at Texas, posting 77 catches for 988 yards and 11 touchdowns. He appeared in 11 games for the Longhorns in 2025, finishing the year with 38 catches for 532 yards and four touchdowns.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Moore gives Colorado a new option at receiver after the Buffaloes lost some key players at the position. Moore is the third four-star transfer to commit to Colorado this winter.
