The TEA has closed the investigation, and the warning has been removed from Dr. Rollo\u2019s educator certificate. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Please see the statement below from Board of Trustees President Ryan Curry regarding this matter:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lubbock ISD families, staff and community members,<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has completed its investigation into a complaint filed earlier this year against Superintendent Dr. Kathy Rollo. The TEA Educator Investigations Division found no evidence of wrongdoing and determined the allegations were without merit, fully exonerating Dr. Rollo.
