Texas won the SEC regular season title in 2025<\/a>, its inaugural season in the league. The Longhorns fell flat in the postseason, though, eliminated in the final of the Austin Regional by UTSA in their first season under former A&M coach Jim Schlossnagle<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n They reloaded with D1Baseball’s third-ranked transfer portal class<\/a>, with Notre Dame catcher Carson Tinney and Seton Hall outfielder Aiden Robbins leading the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Aggies missed the NCAA Tournament in 2025, but brought coach Michael Earley back<\/a>. He signed D1Baseball’s 18th-ranked\u00a0portal class<\/a>, which included star Maryland shortstop Chris Hacopian and Florida Atlantic pitcher MJ Bollinger.<\/p>\n The Aggies begin their season at home Feb. 13 against Tennessee Tech.
