EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 Two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting in Northeast El Paso over the weekend.<\/p>\n

According to the El Paso Police Department, 30-year-old Santiago Carrillo and 20-year-old Saul Angel Ramirez were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after an altercation outside the El Guapo Bar– on 8500 Dyer Street– escalated into gunfire.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe the shooting happened Saturday night at around 10:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

The victim was described as a 27-year-old man.<\/p>\n

It is unknown if the victim suffered any injuries. <\/p>\n

Police stated that they are still investigating this shooting and are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call 915-832-4400 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 915-566-8477 to report anonymously.<\/p>\n

Jail records show both suspects were booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail; Carrillo on Monday under a $50,000 bond, while Ramirez was booked on Tuesday and his bond is pending. <\/p>\n
