Permit documents list the project scope as the renovation of the existing restaurant building into an 8,746-square-foot freestanding emergency room, along with an additional 850-square-foot expansion.\u00a0Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation records list the project as a $4.5 million, privately funded redevelopment, with work scheduled to begin May 1, 2026, and completion anticipated by Dec. 31, 2026.<\/p>\n
Ally Medical operates freestanding emergency rooms across Texas, including in the Austin, Dallas\u2013Fort Worth and Houston areas. According to the company, its facilities are owned and managed by local, board-certified physicians.<\/p>\n
Earlier filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation identified plans for a Q-Mart convenience store with an attached Denny\u2019s restaurant associated with the same address.<\/p>\n
