Cadence McShane Construction Company<\/a> has completed The Preserve at Mustang Creek<\/a>, a 252-unit affordable housing community in Round Rock, Texas, developed by Broadway Street Development<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re proud to deliver The Preserve at Mustang Creek, a community that combines affordability, quality, and sustainability,\u201d said Srinath Pai Kasturi, Executive Vice President at Cadence McShane. \u201cThis development not only provides families with modern, well-designed homes but also incorporates innovative features like solar energy to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Designed by Merriman Anderson Architects, the thoughtfully planned community integrates three-story garden-style apartment buildings centered around a clubhouse. The property offers one- to four-bedroom floor plans, providing high-quality housing options for households earning 30 to 60 percent of the area median income.<\/p>\n

Each residence is appointed with contemporary finishes and features, including kitchen islands, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, carpeted bedrooms, full-size washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies.<\/p>\n

Residents can enjoy an array of amenities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, picnic areas with barbeque grills, an outdoor playground, an indoor playscape, a fitness center with a dedicated spin room, and a caf\u00e9 kitchen and activity room. Covered parking is available to residents through carports and detached garages.<\/p>\n

Partial funding for the development was provided by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.<\/p>\n
