Facebook \/ Aralyn Martinez<\/p>\n<p>Police responded to the gym and Martinez was arrested the following day. <\/p>\n<p>She was booked at the Harris County Jail charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFacts giving rise to probable cause suggest that alcohol was a factor in this offense,\u201d the judge overseeing the case wrote in an order setting bond conditions, <a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/crime\/someone-her-partner-was-involved-with-woman-attacked-romantic-rival-with-25-pound-weight-at-24-hour-fitness-deputies-say\/amp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to Law &amp; Crime<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez seen after her arrest. Harris County Constable Precinct 4<\/p>\n<p>\u201cB\u2014h I\u2019m going to drop this 25-pound weight plate on you,\u201d Martinez allegedly yelled.
