\nIf they choose to speak on an agenda item during the General Public Comment session, they will not be allowed to speak again when the Council is considering the item.
\nAll in-person speakers are allocated 3 minutes to speak.
\nFor call-in or Webex speakers, Corpus Christi residents are allocated up to 3 minutes to speak, and non-residents receive up to 1 minute.
\nRegistration to speak is only required for the noon General Public Comment Session.
\nRegistration is not required to speak on a specific agenda item when it is being considered by the Council.
\nSpeakers will sign up at https:\/\/www.corpuschristitx.gov\/signin<\/a> or in person at the kiosk located in City Hall. Registration will begin on Mondays at 8:00 a.m. and end on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. when there is a City Council meeting
\nSpeakers may ask questions during their time with the understanding that the Mayor, Council Members, and staff are unable to answer any questions during the public comment period<\/p>\n
