She is the top seed there heading into the semi-finals, and in the absence of Regan Smith<\/a> has the fastest best time of any swimmer remaining in the event. She was 2:10.58 this morning, 3.53 seconds off her best time.<\/p>\n Humberto Najera<\/a> is the highest seed on the men\u2019s side to scratch tonight\u2019s finals, as he forgoes the 200 IM in favor of the 200 back. He was the #4 seed in the former after posting a seasons best of 2:02.77 in the semi-finals last night,\u00a0 but prioritises his #6 seed in the latter. He was 2:02.34 this morning, five seconds off his best of 1:57.44 from last summer.<\/p>\n Scratches are few and far between outside those two, with all of the big names keeping their swims for tonight. Shaine Casas<\/a> was the biggest name to no-show this morning as he missed the 100 fly, having done so yesterday in the 200 IM.
