Construction continues on city of Fort Worth water, sewer and paving improvements to streets in Mistletoe Heights<\/a>, Alamo Heights<\/a> and nearby neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what\u2019s happening now<\/a>, according to a city update earlier this month:<\/p>\n

New water lines on Buck Avenue, Harrison Avenue, Mistletoe Drive, Mistletoe Boulevard and Lipscomb Street have been installed.<\/p>\n

Crews have installed temporary pavement until permanent pavement is put down.<\/p>\n

Work is in progress on the water line on Gordon Avenue.<\/p>\n

Permanent pavement is in progress on Lipscomb Street.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s next:<\/p>\n

Permanent paving on Buck Avenue, Harrison Avenue, Mistletoe Drive and Mistletoe Boulevard starts in the spring.<\/p>\n

The city has put work on pause on driveways, sidewalks and curbs along Buck. \u201cThis part of the work will resume in the spring,\u201d the city said.<\/p>\n

Total project value is $5.4 million. All work, funded by a city bond program in 2022, is scheduled to be complete in October. Work on 12 streets is included:<\/p>\n

Buck Avenue, from West Rosedale Street South to Mistletoe Avenue<\/p>\n

Chambers Avenue, from Alamo Avenue to West Vickery Boulevard<\/p>\n

Gordon Avenue, from McPherson Avenue to West Lowden Street<\/p>\n

Lipscomb Street, from Page Street to West Capps Street<\/p>\n

Livingston Avenue, from West Lowden Street to West Bowie Street<\/p>\n

Lisbon Street, from Chambers to Landers Street<\/p>\n

Rutledge Street, from West Vickery Boulevard to Landers Street<\/p>\n

Landers Street, from Locke Avenue to Lovell Avenue<\/p>\n

Mistletoe Drive, from the alley between Mistletoe Avenue and Edwin Street to West Rosedale Street South<\/p>\n

Harrison Avenue, from Buck Avenue to Mistletoe Drive<\/p>\n

Mistletoe Boulevard, from Buck Avenue to Mistletoe Drive<\/p>\n

Alley between Alamo Avenue and Valentine Street, from 370 feet south of Chambers Avenue to West Freeway<\/p>\n

Alley between Lisbon Street and West Vickery Boulevard, from Bedford Street, to 144 feet north of Chambers Avenue<\/p>\n
