The menu features an assortment of smoked meats, sandwiches, breakfast fares, sides, coffee, cocktails and rotating specials.<\/p>\n<p>Specialty plates include:<\/p>\n<p>Chicken Fried RibeyeChorizo HashCrab Cake BenedictChile RellenoWhat\u2019s in a name<\/p>\n<p>Executive chef Camden Stuerzenberger named the diner after his daughter, Phoebe, who was born a few weeks before the opening of the original restaurant.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"The owners of Phoebe's Diner pose together, along with the restaurant's namesake. (Courtesy Sara Lauren Hinojosa\/Phoebe&#8217;s Diner)In addition to Stuerzenberger, Phoebe\u2019s is owned by Aaron Rash, Robert Tran, Erick Tran and Quang Chau.<\/p>\n<p>How we got here<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebesdiner.com\/oltorf-austin-tx\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">first location<\/a> opened in 2017 on West Oltorf Street. Since then, the business has expanded to <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebesdiner.com\/downtown-austin-tx\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">downtown Austin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebesdiner.com\/gracy-farms-austin-tx-2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gracy Farms<\/a> and, soon, to Shady Hollow Village.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Southwest Austin residents will soon gain another brunch spot as Phoebe\u2019s Diner plans a fourth location.
