EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 The El Paso Independent School District released an update on the lack of student IDs– an issue that raised red flags for many parents. <\/p>\n
According to the El Paso Independent School District, in the coming weeks, the district expects to finish the “student ID process.”<\/p>\n
This comes after it was reported in December that many students did not have identification cards despite being months into the school year.<\/p>\n
The issue appeared to be widespread, as EPISD parents posted online complaining of the issue at several high schools, including Chapin, Coronado, Andress and the Young Women’s Academy.<\/p>\n
