HOUSTON – One person has died after a suspected drive-by shooting in the East Houston area, according to police.<\/p>\n

Police say a 911 call came in shortly after 11:30 a.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The caller said a person was shot in a vehicle, and the vehicle crashed on Wayside Drive near Tidwell Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n Two people were said to have been in the vehicle. One of them has been pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n It’s believed the shooter drove off in a truck.<\/p>\n What we don’t know:<\/p>\n Other details are not available at this time.<\/p>\n This is a breaking news report.
