I got out of bed on a Sunday and decided to visit a local food truck. I hadn’t had the chance to test it out yet, but my friends were ranting and raving about how good it was, and they were right.<\/p>\n

Where is it?<\/p>\n

Parked at 4611 50th Street, I found Birria LBK, a food truck that specializes in all things Birria. I ordered the Birria Tacos, Birria Egg Rolls, and, of course, the Birria Ramen.<\/p>\n

How Was It?<\/p>\n

Everything was ready to go in under 15 minutes. Then, I was on my way with food that smelled SO good it was nearly impossible not to eat in the car. (I’m not gonna lie, folks, I actually ate it in BED, and now I’m pretty sure that’s where you’re supposed to eat meals like this, because I needed a nap immediately, and I was in the perfect spot to do both.)<\/p>\n

Let me tell you guys, it was absolutely fabulous.<\/p>\n

Here’s the one and only photo I snagged of my food. I would have taken more, but I couldn’t stop eating. Sorry. Just one more reason for you to go over there and try them out yourself!<\/p>\n

Holy monkeys, that birria egg roll was something special. It was perfectly crispy and meaty in the middle. I think I may have dreamed about it last night.<\/p>\n
