{"id":129953,"date":"2026-01-20T04:38:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T04:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/129953\/"},"modified":"2026-01-20T04:38:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T04:38:07","slug":"texas-health-presbyterian-hospital-allen-surpasses-25-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/129953\/","title":{"rendered":"Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen surpasses 25 years"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.texashealth.org\/locations\/texas-health-allen\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen<\/a> reached 25 years of operation Dec. 30, a hospital spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital offers a variety of services including emergency care, cardiovascular care, family planning, orthopedics, rehabilitation and more, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texashealth.org\/Health-and-Wellness\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In its 25-year tenure, the Allen hospital was given a 5-star rating by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/medicare\/health-safety-standards\/certification-compliance\/five-star-quality-rating-system\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services<\/a>, and also designated as a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Certified by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jointcommission.org\/en-us\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joint Commission<\/a>. The hospital was also the first in Texas to be designated as Baby Friendly by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">World Health Organization<\/a>, its website states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis milestone represents the dedication of caregivers who have shaped Texas Health Allen into the trusted, award-winning hospital it is today,\u201d Hospital President Amanda Thrash said in an emailed statement. \u201cFor 25 years, we\u2019ve focused on expanding services, embracing innovation and meeting the growing needs of our community\u2014and we\u2019re excited for what the future will bring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen reached 25 years of operation Dec. 30, a hospital spokesperson said.
