While the Coastal Bend will most likely not see any snow, people can expect a strong cold front starting Jan. 25.<\/p>\n
The National Weather Service office in Corpus Christi <\/a>said freezing temperatures are expected to continue through the following day, with wind chills falling into the teens.<\/p>\n Days leading up to Jan. 25 will continue to have cool weather with temperatures in the middle to high 70s. People can expect rain on Jan. 23 and 24, with a higher percentage of precipitation on the latter day.<\/p>\n The high is expected to be 45 on Jan. 25, but with the wind chills, the high will feel like 34 degrees. The low will be around 37, but will feel like 21. The cold weather will continue into the next day with the high reaching 48 and the low around 34.<\/p>\n Topping only 10%: Corpus Christi water sources have hit newest historic lows<\/a><\/p>\n The high is forecast to hit around 55 on Jan. 27 and continue to rise into the 60s and 70s the next two days, respectively.<\/p>\n The National Weather Service said it is “possible” there will be frozen precipitation during the cold front, but the forecast could change.<\/p>\n Residents are advised to bring their pets and plants indoors during the cold front.<\/p>\n John Oliva covers entertainment and community news in South Texas.
