\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAn electric vehicle sales center and a new residential building are among the newest projects filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>. Here are five of the most expensive projects filed with the TDLR in the Austin metro this week.<\/p>\n

1. Gunter Street residential building<\/a><\/p>\n

A five-story, multifamily building with a five-story parking garage is planned near the East Seventh Street H-E-B.<\/p>\n

Location: 1135 Gunter St., AustinEstimated timeline: May 1, 2026-Aug. 1, 2028Estimated cost: $80 million2. Kelly Lane Phase 3<\/a><\/p>\n

The city of Pflugerville will reconstruct curbs and gutters, four roundabouts and 10-inch sidewalks on each side of the road. Phase 2<\/a> of the projected completed in late 2025.<\/p>\n

Location: Kelly Lane, from Moorlynch Avenue to Weiss Lane, PflugervilleEstimated timeline: Oct. 1, 2026-March 31, 2030Estimated cost: $40 million3. AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center<\/a><\/p>\n

A redesign of The University of Texas hotel<\/a> interior will repurpose an existing lecture hall into a 198,000-square-foot conference hall.<\/p>\n

Location: 1900 University Ave., AustinEstimated timeline: Dec. 1, 2025-Aug. 31, 2026Estimated cost: $19 million4. Rivian Electric Vehicle Service and Sales Center<\/a><\/p>\n

Rivian<\/a>, an electric vehicle company with locations across the United States and Canada, plans to expand into the Round Rock area with a 48,000-square-foot facility to service and sell electric vehicles. The company already operates two other Austin-area locations at South Congress Avenue and Morrow Street.<\/p>\n

Location: 140 Crossroads Drive, Round RockEstimated timeline: March 9, 2026-March 3, 2027Estimated cost: $9.5 million5. The Worship Place, Above & Beyond Way Campus<\/a><\/p>\n

Construction is planned for an 18,500-square-foot campus of The Worship Place<\/a> in Georgetown and will include heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, plus electrical and plumbing work.<\/p>\n

Location: 2020 Above & Beyond Way, GeorgetownEstimated timeline: March 30, 2026-Aug. 27, 2027Estimated cost: $5.8 million<\/p>\n
