Still, it\u2019ll be interesting to monitor Clark\u2019s progress at South Carolina. He missed the 2024 season after tearing his Achilles. Across the power conferences, there were only 20 freshmen offensive linemen who played more than 500 snaps in 2025. Given the right amount of time to grow, it remains well within the range of outcomes that he can develop into a good SEC offensive lineman. And offensive line depth is a concern for the Longhorns, who lost five of their linemen to the portal this offseason and have made three additions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Elijah \u2018Bo\u2019 Barnes\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Like Clark, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statesman.com\/story\/sports\/college\/longhorns\/football\/2024\/04\/12\/texas-football-2025-recruiting-class-dallas-skyline-elijah-bo-barnes-commitment-steve-sarkisian\/73306569007\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bo Barnes<\/a> raised eyebrows during the Longhorns\u2019 bowl victory over the Wolverines.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Barnes\u2019 flash came from an individual play rather than an overall performance.
