The meeting includes a presentation about the proposed project to rebuild the bridge structure east of Loop 289 and improve the FM 835\/Olive Street intersection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">TxDOT staff will answer questions and collect public feedback during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Citizens can also access a virtual meeting through a pre-recorded video presentation posted at 5 p.m. Thursday at www.txdot.gov. The presentation can be found by searching \u201cFM 835 Bridge Replacement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Public comments will be accepted until Friday, Feb. 6, by email at lbb_projects@txdot.gov or by mail to the Lubbock District, Attn: ENV Office\/FM 835 Bridge Replacement Project, 135 Slaton Road, Lubbock, TX 79404.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Citizens requiring interpretation, translation services or disability accommodations should contact Dianah Coronado, TxDOT Lubbock District Public Information Officer, at (806) 748-4472 by 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KCBD.
