Prosecutors claimed Gutierrez chose to kill Richardson, his child\u2019s godfather.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Judge Trey McClendon found Gutierrez violated the terms of his probation by buying beer at a liquor store.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KCBD.
