Local middle and high school students helped artist Kaldric Dow with the mural<\/p>\n
SAN ANTONIO \u2013 A new mural was unveiled on Friday at St. Paul Square.<\/p>\n
The MLK Youth Empowerment Mural was designed by San Antonio artist Kaldric Dow \u2014 but he didn\u2019t do it alone.<\/p>\n
Dow got help from students at Wagner High School, Judson High School, Briscoe Middle School and others across the city.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis mural is a testament that the young people are here, that they are ready, that they are active, that they are leading if we give them the opportunity\u201d said Tunette Powell with the MLK Commission. \u201cAnd St. Paul Square is saying \u2018Yes.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Powell invites everyone to visit the mural.<\/p>\n
