Fort Worth native Shelley Duvall\u2019s collection of autographed scripts, photographs and memorabilia are up for<\/a> auction.<\/a><\/p>\n

Duvall died in her sleep in her home in Blanco, Texas, last summer at 75 years old.<\/a> She was born in Fort Worth, grew up in Houston and later moved back to Texas in the mid-1990s after leaving Hollywood.<\/p>\n

San Antonio-based Vogt Auction Galleries<\/a> is leading the auction, which begins at 7 p.m. on Oct. 30. Folks can bid for items online or visit the auction house in person at 7233 Blanco Road.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a look at what to expect at the auction.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Shining,\u2019 \u2018Popeye\u2019 and more film-related items<\/p>\n

In total, there are 153 items in the auction with artifacts from some of Duvall\u2019s most famous movies.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Shining\u201d is well represented in the lot, from shooting scripts and production sheets to autographed posters and photographs. The \u201cShining\u201d shooting scripts hold the highest starting bids of the entire lot at $5,000 a piece.<\/p>\n

Scripts from \u201cPopeye\u201d can be found in the lot, along with the film\u2019s soundtrack and a 35mm film trailer reel. Several \u201cPopeye\u201d books are also in the auction, along with lobby cards from the film.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrewster McCloud\u201d is the first film Duvall and filmmaker Robert Altman worked on together. Bidders can buy a signed poster and photograph from that movie, and more items from the pair\u2019s other collaborations, including \u201cNashville\u201d and \u201c3 Women.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other films featured in auction include \u201cAnnie Hall,\u201d \u201cTime Bandits\u201d and \u201cMother Goose Rock \u2018n\u2019 Rhyme.\u201d Duvall\u2019s director\u2019s chair is also available, with the current bid at $1,100.<\/p>\n

Beyond the film-related merchandise, several of Duvall\u2019s personal items are also up for grabs.<\/p>\n

Bidders will find Duvall\u2019s collection of books, jewelry, photographs, paintings, clothing and more. Both California and Texas license plates are in the auction, along with several furniture pieces and personal effects.<\/p>\n

In addition, Duvall\u2019s Blanco home is also up for sale at $699,000, according to Zillow<\/a>.
