No motorists will be permitted to travel from El Paso into New Mexico or from New Mexico into El Paso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">FM-1111 to the state line is closed. SH-54 to the state line is also closed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials are urging motorists to use alternate routes and avoid travel as weather conditions continue to worsen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Motorists can monitor closures at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.DriveTexas.org\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.DriveTexas.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.DriveTexas.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 KCBD.
