This vibrant new restaurant brings the bold, coastal flavors of Mexico to the Hub City, serving up everything from ceviche and shrimp tacos to aquachilies and more.<\/p>\n<p>A Fresh Arrival on Lubbock\u2019s Dining Scene<\/p>\n<p>Costa Mar opened on Sunday, October 19th, next to the 82nd Street location of Ravi\u2019s Liquor. The menu is full of Mexican seafood favorites, including ceviche (raw seafood marinated and \u201ccooked\u201d in citrus juices), aquachilies (raw seafood in citrus that\u2019s served immediately), shrimp, fish, and octopus tacos, quesadillas, and more.
