Here\u2019s everything team ropers need to know to stay in the loop during the rodeo and keep up with results.<\/p>\n<p>Fort Worth Stock Show &amp; Rodeo team roping guide<\/p>\n<p>2026 Fort Worth team roping results<\/p>\n<p>Bracket One<\/p>\n<p>First round:\u00a01. Dawson Graham\/Dillon Graham, 5.3 seconds, $2,500 each; 2. Colby Lovell\/Ty Arnold, 6.5, $1,900; 3. Dalton Turner\/Tanner Braden, 7.2, $1,500; 4. Cody Snow\/Hunter Koch, 10.8, $1,000; 5. Kolby Krieger\/Michael Fortenberry, 11.7, $125; no other qualified runs.<\/p>\n<p>Second round:\u00a01. Cody Snow\/Hunter Koch, 4.0 seconds, $2,500 each; 2. Kolby Krieger\/Michael Fortenberry, $2,025; no other qualified runs.<\/p>\n<p>What is the format at the Fort Worth Stock Show &amp; Rodeo?<\/p>\n<p>There are 18 total performances at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fwssr.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FWSSR<\/a> ProRodeo Tournament\u00a0with seven brackets of eight teams competing in back-to-back rounds\u00a0(Performances 1-14). There is one Wild Card Round\u00a0(Performance 15), two rounds of Semifinals\u00a0(Performances 16-17)\u00a0and an eight-team Finals\u00a0(Performance 18).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCES 1-14: PROGRESSIVE ROUNDS<\/p>\n<p>There will be seven brackets of eight teams competing in back-to-back rounds. The\u00a0top two money-earning teams\u00a0in each bracket (14 total) will progress to the\u00a0Semifinals. The\u00a0third top money-earning teams\u00a0will advance to the\u00a0Wild Card Round. The team ropers who do not advance will be placed in a \u201cnon-qualifiers\u201d pool. At the conclusion of Bracket 7, the\u00a0top money-earning team from the non-qualifiers pool\u00a0will fill the eighth position in the\u00a0Wild Card Round.<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCE 15: WILD CARD ROUND<\/p>\n<p>From the eight teams in the Wild Card Round, the\u00a0top two money-earners\u00a0will advance to the\u00a0Semifinals Round\u00a0with a clean-slate format.<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCES 16-17: SEMIFINALS ROUNDS<\/p>\n<p>Teams will each make one run in one of two performances with a clean-slate format. The\u00a0top four teams per performance\u00a0will advance to the\u00a0Finals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCE 18: THE FINALS<\/p>\n<p>The top eight teams will run in the Finals with a clean slate (no previous times carried forward). On that day, the fastest team wins the title of 2026 Fort Worth Stock Show &amp; Rodeo ProRodeo Tournament Champion.<\/p>\n<p>What is the team roping payout at the Fort Worth Stock Show &amp; Rodeo?<\/p>\n<p>The team roping has a purse of $318,000 ($159,000\u00a0per end). The team roping payoff will mirror that of the five other PRCA-sanctioned events and two WPRA events. There is no aggregate payoff at FWSSR. The champion team from the PRCA sanctioned FWSSR Rookie event will be accepted.
